無線收發(fā)器模塊主要用于通過單片機(jī)控制無線收發(fā)器數(shù)據(jù),要求滿足長傳輸距離,出色的墻壁穿透能力,小尺寸,高靈敏度,低誤碼率,高數(shù)據(jù)傳輸穩(wěn)定性,超低睡眠功耗等要求,隨著當(dāng)前的智能家居產(chǎn)品,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入人們的生活,無線產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域非常廣泛,si4438無線收發(fā)器支持25~30MHz范圍內(nèi)的外部貼片晶振輸入,默認(rèn)情況下SI4438是一個(gè)30MHz無源進(jìn)口晶振,芯片包含一個(gè)總?cè)萘繛?1pF的內(nèi)部晶體負(fù)載電容,節(jié)省了外部設(shè)備。

晶振的偏差主要有三個(gè)因素要考慮:生產(chǎn)公差,溫度及生命周期,可以根據(jù)一些智能終端產(chǎn)品的使用年限與工作條件(溫度)來考慮,7M系列和7V系列的30MHz,負(fù)載電容12PF,±10ppm精度其頻率范圍覆蓋10MHz到64MHz,具有超高精度,小負(fù)載電容,-40°C到+85°C的寬范圍工作溫度和可靠的穩(wěn)定度等特性。可以很好的滿足無線收發(fā)模塊系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
