RTC產(chǎn)品種類繁多,可根據(jù)封裝尺寸、時(shí)鐘精度、附加功能、接口方式、待機(jī)功耗等進(jìn)行分類。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)可分為兩類:內(nèi)置晶體和外部晶體。RTC內(nèi)置晶體振蕩器的結(jié)構(gòu)通常是內(nèi)置32.768kHz有源晶振。RTC外部晶體振蕩器通常使用的32.768kHz石英晶體振蕩器和晶體外部RTC,成本低,但往往有各種各樣的問題。所以現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)RTC產(chǎn)品都是內(nèi)置晶體振蕩器結(jié)構(gòu)。
